Working with A Mi Manera means working with a fixed way of building: AI-first, secure and fully transparent. This page describes how we work, how we connect systems and what you can expect as a client. It applies to every collaboration, alongside our terms and conditions.

How we build
One central working environment
All work happens from a professional AI development environment on our own, secured hardware. Every client has a dedicated project environment where strategy, specifications and decisions are recorded in one place, including the why.
Custom built, no templates
Dashboards, tools and websites are tailor-made in your brand and your logic. Everything you and your customers see is tested on desktop and mobile before delivery.
Small steps, always working
We deliver in short, verifiable steps. Every delivery is tested and immediately usable, you never wait months for a big reveal that may or may not work.

Your own, separated environment
Every client gets a fully dedicated environment: own dashboard, own data, own integrations, own brand. Environments of different clients are strictly separated. That is not a setting that can be switched on or off, it is how we set everything up from day one.

Connecting your systems
The power of our dashboards lies in integrations with the systems you already use: accounting, payments, CRM, analytics, planning. Four fixed rules apply.

Through your own accounts
Integrations always run through your company's accounts, never through accounts of A Mi Manera or of other clients. You remain the owner.

Minimal permissions
Every integration only gets the access it needs for its task, read-only wherever possible. A revenue dashboard does not need to create invoices, so it cannot.

Revocable per integration
You can switch off any connection at any moment, without the rest of the system falling over.

Documented
At delivery you receive an overview per dashboard: which integrations exist, which data they read, with which permissions and where access is managed.

Security
No keys in documents
Access keys and passwords are never stored in documents, code or chats. They live exclusively in shielded, encrypted environments.
Internal numbers stay internal
Dashboards with management information are shielded and not publicly discoverable. Internal numbers never end up in public tools or chatbots.
No shadow copies
Dashboards read data from your systems at the moment it is needed. We do not copy databases to our own servers.
Nothing irreversible without a human
Systems we build do not make payments, delete data or send outbound messages without explicit, pre-agreed human approval.

AI and your data, told honestly
Processing by established parties
During building and in AI features of your dashboard, data is processed by AI models from established parties, under their business terms. Your data is not used to train public AI models.
As little sensitive data as possible
Sensitive data only passes through an AI model when the feature requires it. We build so that as little sensitive data as possible has to travel along.
Stricter agreements possible
If you want stricter agreements for certain data, such as financial or personal data, we record that per project before we build.

Ownership and no lock-in
Your data remains yours
Always. The accounts, integrations and systems we set up for you are in your name as well.
Confidential
Strategy, numbers and plans of clients are never shared with or used for other clients.
Transferable
Everything we build is documented and transferable. If the collaboration ends, you keep your environment, your data and the documentation, and you revoke our access with a single action.

What we ask of you
Working securely is a shared responsibility. As a client, we ask three things of you.
- 1Own accounts for the systems being connected. We help with creating and setting them up.
- 2A fixed point of contact who can grant access and answer questions.
- 3Careful handling of credentials on your side: no shared passwords by email or chat message.
Part of every collaboration
This way of working applies to all work by A Mi Manera, a trade name of Rijssenbeek Producties BV, alongside our terms and conditions. By commissioning work you agree to this way of working. Deviating or additional agreements are recorded in writing per project.
